The workshop aims to create scenes of Forum Theatre through the practices of Aesthetics of the Oppressed, expanding the possibilities of expression in painting, sculpture, music and poetry. Let's find out together that we're better than we think.

2. The Sound in the Aesthetics of the Oppressed - mit Roni Valk
(2 Tage, 19.-20. Juni)

The workshop aims on the production of rhythm and melody to performances through exercises of Theatre of the Oppressed and techniques of the Aesthetics of the Oppressed to create sounds and music.

3. Legislative Theatre - mit Geo Britto
(3 Tage, 21.-23. Juni)

The proposal of the workshop is to con-struct a scene of Forum Theatre that will be used as an example for the accom-plishment of the Symbolic Solemn Ses-sion. The workshop starts from the dis-cussion with the group on a legislative subject.

4. The Invasion of the Brain – mit Bárbara Santos
(3 Tage, 22.-24. Juni)

Daily, we are submerged in images, sounds and words that bomb us with concepts and impose hermetical truths to us. The insistence on the same aspects and the permanent repetition of strategic points end to solidify ideas, giving a concrete existence to pure abstractions. Sound, image and word can be powerful instruments for the authoritarian determination of the definition of beauty, of just and of desirable.

5. Forum Theatre - The Power of Image – mit Claudete Félix / Cachalotte Mattos
(2 Tage, 25.-26. June)

We will work on the analysis in spaces of sensible and symbolic thinking in the artistic creation.
